When the MOON is VOID OF COURSE anything that you begin will not reach fulfillment. Use it to your advantage when you don't want someone to remember what you said! Here are the daylight hours this month when the moon is void of course:

May 4 from 12:07 p.m. to 1:51 p.m.; May 9 from 1:12 p.m. to 2:29 p.m.; May 11 after 9:12 p.m.; May 16 from 10:06 am to 10:45 am; May 18 from 1:35 p.m. to 2:06 p.m.; May 20 from 4:43 p.m. to 4:58 p.m.; May 22 from 7:33 p.m. to 7:50 p.m.; May 24 after 9:01 p.m. and May 29 from 9:40 am to 11:44 am; and May 31 after 8:41 p.m.

LUNAR   ACTION

Waning Periods: May 1-13 and May 28 -June 11 begin with the full moon. It's a time of completion. In candle magic, it is known as the time of banishing.

Waxing Periods: May 14-27 begin with the new moon. It's a time of new beginnings. In candle magic it known as the time of gathering.

NEW MOON: May 13, 6:04 p.m. in Taurus. This waxing period focuses on new pleasures, luxury items, sensual indulgences, possessions, values and income.

FULL MOON: May 27, 4:07 p.m. in Sagittarius. This waning period focuses on completing higher learning courses, travel, media relations, legal matters, Internet issues, long distance communication and publicity.

PLANETARY ACTIONS

Mercury Stations Direct; May 11 @ 3:27 p.m. This improves communications, contracts and clearer decisions, although there is still a time frame, which astrologers call Mercury's shadow and that period will extend for another two weeks, clearing around May 26th.

Saturn Stations Direct: May 30 @ 11:11 am. This is going to be one of the more difficult stationing we have witnessed in over 80 years. As Saturn stations, it will oppose both Uranus and Jupiter, while squaring Pluto. This configuration occurs in early cardinal signs with Uranus and Jupiter conjunct the fixed star Scheat, the Star of Drowning. This will most likely result in a volcanic eruption, earthquakes, and tsunamis, not to mention economic repercussions in the market. May 30th begins a tenuous time of natural, political and economic disasters.

14-27: Focus:  Financial frustration. Test:  Slowly examine details. Key:  Prioritizing is key to meeting goals. Action:  You're frustrated by your list of desires and your lack of funds.  

Taurus: 

Apr. 28 - May 13: Focus: Intense feelings Test: Unexpected visitor. Key: When the past revisits, respond with wisdom, not hunger over an old dream.  Action:  You're pulled into an old dream, but the consequences unbalance your life. 

14-27: Focus: Security. Test: Indulgence. Key:  To be content requires no possession, only a peaceful mind. Action:  The desire to have more than you need surrounds you. 

Gemini: 

Apr. 28 - May 13: Focus: Secrets. Test:  Intimacy. Key:  To share is to be vulnerable and trust the listener. Action:  Hearing a secret causes intense emotional stress. Avoid reacting and intimacy is your gift. 

14-27: Focus: Income. Test: Gratitude. Key: Little is more than none. Action:  You are frustrated when a new idea requires detailed focus.     

Cancer: 

Apr. 28- May 13: Focus: Renewal. Test: Power. Key:  Applause helps, but only a conscious acceptance of empowerment creates self-worth. Action:  You have an opportunity for renewed resources, personal power and passion. 

14-27: Focus: Money. Test: Obsessing. Key: Tithing to your own needs is a form of self-respect.Action:  New opportunities for property, financial security, and love.

Leo: 

Apr. 28- May 13: Focus: Affairs. Test:  Truth. Key: Honesty when confronted secures future intimacy. Action:  Secrets surface and challenge your honesty and passion. 

14-27: Focus:  Responsibility. Test:  Credit. Key:  A friend speaks truth despite reactions. Action:  People and toys tempt you to be irresponsible.

Virgo: 

Apr. 28- May 13: Focus: Desires. Test:  Let your heart speak. Key: Deep-seated desires provide a clear picture of needs. Action:  An old flame is fanned and your passion for intimacy may be fulfilled. 

14-27: Focus:Money. Test:  Say yes. Key:  Gifts must be accepted to be received. Action:  An opportunity to increase your income suddenly challenges your present job.    

Libra: 

Apr. 28- May 13: Focus: Passion. Test: Examine the evidence. Key: Reactions expose truth and fears.Action:  Shared resources cause friction, and must be resolved before anger explodes.

Scorpio:
